Live and feel good
Built in an evolved environment, the LUNA offers modern living in green surroundings and all the advantages of existing infrastructure. The five-storey new building in an L-shape presents itself in a modern style of architecture, with clean lines, partly floor-to-ceiling windows, and a bright facade that combines simple white with natural-coloured clinker tiles. A total of 31 rental apartments with two to four rooms are available. In addition to the underground car park with 51 parking spaces, the basement also houses the technical rooms and the storage areas for bicycles and buggies.
All buildings meet the requirements for a KfW Efficiency House 55 (Buildings Energy Act (GEG)), comply with regulations for noise protection, and feature efficient ventilation technology. The outer walls are thermally insulated by a composite system. Invitingly designed outdoor areas offer not only shady trees, but also sand and play areas for children.

The best connections and short distances
Whether local amenities, daycare or school – LUNA’s location offers short distances and easy accessibility. The location
Hamburg
a way of life between individuality and world culture
The Hanseatic city of Hamburg, which is both a city state and a federal state, is the second-largest city in Germany, with over 1.9 million inhabitants. In conjunction with Lower Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein, the Hamburg metropolitan region is one of the fastest-growing metropolitan regions. As an important trading and logistics location, Hamburg offers a well-connected infrastructure for medium-sized companies and global players, with its International Airport and one of the largest transshipment ports in the world. On top of business and science, city tourism also plays an important role. After all, Hamburg has more bridges than Venice, Stockholm and Amsterdam combined: around 2,500, in fact! Visitors from all over the world marvel at the famous Speicherstadt or the Kontorhaus district, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2015. The Hamburg landmarks and cultural monuments reliably attract visitors, be it the Hamburg City Hall, the TV tower, the Hamburg Fish Market, the Elbphilharmonie concert hall or the St Pauli entertainment district, with the Reeperbahn. With its natural havens, whether in parks or on the banks of the Elbe and Alster, Hamburg offers beautiful opportunities to enjoy your free time outdoors in the countryside.
Hamburg-Bramfeld
Relaxed living in the "in-between city"
In the northeast of Hamburg, the Bramfeld part of the city in the district of Wandsbek forms the transition from metropolitan development to the more suburban environment. The architectural structure of this “in-between city” is formed by terraced houses and residential estates of detached housing, which are interrupted by individual tall apartment buildings. Because of the Ohlsdorf park cemetery, gardeners and stonemasons settled in the former village of Bramfeld. Later, vegetable farmers from Bramfeld supplied the whole of Hamburg and the surrounding area. Today, as a green suburb, Bramfeld combines proximity to the metropolis with the charm of a natural, quiet living environment. The B434, which runs through the whole of Bramfeld in a north-south direction, is also the main shopping street for the residents. Here, on the multi-lane Bramfelder Chaussee, you can shop for whatever your heart desires. In addition to stores from big names, the Marktplatz Galerie shopping centre also has smaller shops for browsing, strolling through, and shopping. Numerous restaurants and other culinary offerings invite you to stop off and enjoy a coffee or an evening dinner out. The lake Bramfelder See, which is located on the edge of the district, but already falls within Steilshoop, provides access to an important local recreation area and “flagship biotope” in the immediate vicinity – and offers the best opportunities for leisure activities in nature with a circular path through the overgrown waterfront areas and a large playground and barbecue area.
